How will working with a Canadian Immigration Specialist help you?
As a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, (RCIC), governed under the College of Immigration and Citizenship, (CICC), I am one of the few qualified Immigration specialists who can support you through your immigration journey. Let me tell you a little bit about the value I can bring to your process.
Guidance on which immigration program is right for you.
With over 70 + different immigration pathways to Canada, it is an overwhelming task to figure out which ones you qualify for and would be a good fit for your individual skills, experience, and stage of life.
One of the services I provide is a comprehensive review of your information to make recommendations on which programs will be options for you. This takes a lot of research, it’s more than the express entry system, this is a review of each of the provinces and territories, special pathways, and options for specific countries. These are programs that you may not be aware of, or you may have heard about them but you can’t tell if you qualify.
Helping you gather the necessary documents and information.
Each of these programs requires specific documents in specified formats. I help you to understand what is required specifically for your case from your history and from your country. I provide you with a detailed and personalized list of what to gather for your specific instance, what format to provide, and often, where to source these documents in your country.
Reviewing and preparing your application
Once everything is gathered, I will prepare your entire submission for the immigration authorities. I apply the law; I review immigration legislative and court decisions as they apply to your situation. Every form, every supporting document, and every submission letter is managed or created through our office. Everything is compiled into a comprehensive package in the format required by the immigration department and submitted on your behalf.
Communicating with immigration officials
Any requests and communication with the immigration department are handled by our office. We understand what they require and speak on your behalf after consulting with you. Many of the process requests from IRCC have a very short timeline to respond, not responding within the time given will often mean the refusal of your application. We manage all correspondence on your behalf and will ensure that these requests are handled quickly and efficiently for you.
Providing updates on the status of your application
We monitor your file from start to completion. As your application moves through the process, we keep you aware of the status of your application.
Prepare you for landing at the Canadian Border
We are with you until your application is completed and the decision is made, and on approval, we prepare you for your arrival at the Canadian border. We tell you what documents to have ready for the officer, what to expect when you arrive, what type of questions to expect, and how to make sure your final arrival document is correct before leaving the border services offices.
Communicating with you every step of the way.
We take pride in supporting our clients through the process from start to arrival in Canada. We are available to talk with you by phone, video, and email throughout the process to answer your questions about what to expect and even help direct you with your settlement process inside of Canada.
Your opportunity to immigrate to Canada is probably a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, a professional Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant like myself can help you to ensure you are making the most effective application possible.
