LMIA – Labour Market Impact Assessment
Before hiring a TFW, you must first receive approval from the Federal government in the form of an LMIA. I will manage the entire process for you beginning with determining the National Occupation Code (NOC) for your position, advertisements, creation of the application, and preparing you for your interview with Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC).
AIP – Atlantic Immigration Program
I was involved with this program at its earliest concept stage and all through the pilot phase. Now as a permanent pathway it offers tremendous opportunity for Atlantic employers without needing an LMIA. I will lead you through the process step by step from designation to issuance of the work permits, managing the process on your behalf and supporting your new AIP employees through their immigration and migration processes.
Provincial Nominees and Other Programs
Certain industries and businesses can benefit from programs such as Provincial Nominees and non-LMIA programs such as the International Mobility Program, Inter- company transfer and others. Conditions apply.
